Derrick Rose admits to double vision, still hopes to play Friday
I’m no doctor, but if you’re seeing double you shouldn’t play in an NBA game.
So is Derrick Rose — who is recovering from an orbital bone fracture near his eye — still seeing double? From Vincent Goodwill of CSNChicago.com.
Rose still wants to play in the Bulls’ final exhibition game Friday. Coach Fred Hoiberg would like that to happen, except for that who double vision thing — if he is seeing double, he sits. That said, Rose is practicing while wearing his new mask.
TNT had to be excited to get the Bulls vs. Cavaliers for the opening night game next Tuesday night. Now, with Rose in serious question and Kyrie Irving out for sure (not back from the broken kneecap), this could be a Kirk Hinrich vs. Matthew Dellavedova showdown on opening night. The NBA, it’s faaaaantastic.
