The Knicks’ season is over, from a playoff contention standpoint. And even though head coach Kurt Rambis has said he’s not going to change the rotation and stop playing his veterans, now he has no choice. Starting point guard Jose Calderon will be out for a while, according to the team:

With Calderon out, likely for the rest of the year, rookie Jerian Grant will get plenty of playing time, which is what Rambis should have been doing all along anyway.
