George Karl’s firing has certainly changed the coaching landscape, but not for one team. The Nets remain steadfast in their pursuit of Brian Shaw, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports:

Shaw reportedly wants the Clippers’ opening, and he might even prefer Denver to Brooklyn, too. But if the Nets want him as badly as it seems – and we can guess Mikhail Prokhorov will make a big offer – that might be hard to turn down just for a chance at one of other two jobs.
