Darius Morris spent last season, his fourth, at the end of the Nets bench; he played less than 300 minutes. It was not expected he would be asked back to Brooklyn, and he struggled to find an offer from another NBA team. It looked like he was headed overseas.
But now that’s on hold, too.
David Pick had the news.
Darius Morris had NBA & overseas offers, but injured foot during training. Out a few months, said agent Brian Dyke.

With Brooklyn last season, Darius Morris registered 2.2 points & 1.4 assists per over 38 games.

That’s unfortunate, it will make it harder for him to land a deal mid-season overseas. He will find one there, or play in the D-League, as he tries to find his way back into the league. But he’s got some work to do before that happens.
