The Memphis Grizzlies are signing big man JaMychal Green to a 10-day contract, shortly after his 10-day deal with the San Antonio Spurs ran out, according to Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski:

But he’s been a standout in the D-League, averaging 23 points and 10.7 rebounds per game for the Austin Spurs in 20 games this season. The Memphis Commercial Appeal‘s Ronald Tillery reports that Green’s deal will be in lieu of signing Tyrus Thomas to a second 10-day contract.
