For the past few years, NBA big men (and a few wings like Kobe Bryant and LeBron James) have been making a pilgrimage to Houston to work out with Hakeem Olajuwon like it’s the Holy Land of post play.

Why? What is it like? Amare Stoudemire was down there recently, and wherever Stoudemire goes his video crew goes (even when he gets engaged). So here is a sneak peak as you see Stoudemire practice some spin moves (in Stocktonesque shorts) while JaVale McGee looks on. Then Stoudemire talks about the experience.
