Stephen Curry missed one game earlier this season.

The Warriors other All-Star, Klay Thompson, has also missed only one game.

Both – and Andrew Bogut and Andre Iguodala – are getting a break against the Nuggets tonight.

Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle:

Golden State hasn’t had consecutive days off since the All-Star break and won’t have that until March 25 and 26. This is the first game of a back-to-back, and if he’s going to rest them, Kerr might have reason to prefer using his top players tomorrow against the Knicks.

The Warriors are seven games ahead of the pack in the Western Conference, and whether or not they beat Denver tonight, they’ll likely get the No. 1 seed.

Then again, with the Thunder lurking for the No. 8 seed, maybe Golden State is trying to let someone else take the top seed.
