Former Heat prospect Vashil Fernandez has reportedly signed with CS Phoenix Galati in Romania.

Fernandez spent a week with Miami during training camp last year, and he joined the D-League during the 2016-17 season. We’re unlikely to ever see him on the fantasy radar.
