Cardinals released OL Alan Reuber, FB John Bronson, LB Isaac Keys, CBs Justin Wyatt, Darrell Hunter and Dyshod Carter, Ss Jay McCareins and Chris Harrell, WRs Micheal Spurlock, Todd Watkins, Greg Lee and Carlyle Holiday, defensive end Tyler King and center Shawn Lynch.
Lee might be too slow for the NFL. Wyatt, Hunter, and Harrell were also undrafted rookies. Watkins was a seventh-rounder who could end up on a roster or a practice squad. Diamond Ferri appears to have made the club.

    Cardinals released WR Greg Lee.
The former Pitt standout was running in place since last year. It doesn’t look like he’ll be making an NFL impact anytime soon.
  • ARI Wide Receiver
Free agent WR Greg Lee is among those trying out at Lions rookie minicamps.
We thought we might never hear from the former Pittsburgh star again, but he’s still trying to get in the league. Lee doesn’t have a contract yet.
  • ARI Wide Receiver
Cardinals signed wide receiver Greg Lee, tight end Alex Shor, and cornerback Justin Wyatt and allocated them to NFL Europe.
Lee may have been a mid-round pick this year had he stayed at Pitt and improved his explosion. He’ll have a better shot to make Arizona’s roster if he sticks around for 2008, when Bryant Johnson can be a free agent.
  • ARI Wide Receiver
Cardinals signed undrafted free agents WR Greg Lee and CB Darrell Hunter.
Lee, a Pittsburgh early entrant, probably came out a year too early. Some projected Hunter, a Miami of Ohio product, as a middle-round pick.
  • ARI Wide Receiver
Only two teams pursued former Pittsburgh WR Greg Lee as an undrafted free agent, the Cardinals and Lions.
And that’s why you don’t leave school early. He thought he’d be a mid-round pick, but now is unlikely to make the Cardinals’ practice squad, much less their roster.
