Boston College nose guard Ron Brace has visited the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New Orleans Saints, according to a league source. The Indianapolis Colts are also on Brace’s list of official visits. The 6'3, 330-pound defensive lineman has also had a private workout on the Boston College campus with the Denver Broncos. At the NFL Scouting Combine, Brace conducted 14 official interviews with NFL teams, including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Arizona Cardinals, Colts and the Green Bay Packers. Brace ran the 40-yard dash in 5.48 seconds at the combine, but bench pressed 225 pounds 32 times and registered a 28-inch vertical leap and an 8-3 broad jump. Brace’s fastest recorded time in the 40-yard dash is 5.27 seconds. Over the past two seasons, Brace has recorded a total of 54 tackles, 18 1/2 tackles for losses and 5 1/2 sacks.
