The Cleveland Browns made it official today as they began their rookie camp, announcing that fourth-round linebacker Kaluka Maiava had signed his deal.
John Taylor of CFT as well as the Orange & Brown Report had first reported that the deal was done.
According to Adam Caplan of Scout.com, Maiava’s four-year deal is worth $2.27 million and includes a $516,500 signing bonus.
Maiava recorded 164 career tackles and two interceptions at USC.
As a senior, he was named second-team All-Pac 10 with 66 tackles, eight for losses and an interception.
