The Bengals coaching staff will be busy Sunday, whether they’re game-planning for another playoff game of not.

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Bengals defensive coordinator Paul Guenther will interview with the Browns Sunday, after the Bengals play the Steelers Saturday night.

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis has been willing to give permission to his assistants to interview during the playoffs, though by rule he doesn’t have to since they don’t have a bye week. Offensive coordinator Hue Jackson also has three job interviews Sunday, with the Browns, 49ers and Dolphins.

Guenther, 44, has been the coordinator there for two seasons, taking over for Mike Zimmer. And the success Zimmer has had in Minnesota has doubtless given Guenther’s job prospects a boost, even if it’s subliminal.
