The San Diego Chargers have signed a player to a contract today. Unfortunately, his name isn’t Vincent Jackson or Marcus McNeill or Shawne Merriman.
The Chargers have added strong safety Quinton Teal, a three-year veteran who spent three seasons with the Panthers.
Primarily a special-teamer, Teal appeared in 44 games in Carolina.
