Bills tight end Charles Clay did not travel with the team to Oakland because he’s expecting the birth of his child soon.

The Bills said Saturday that Clay’s status for Sunday’s game vs. the Raiders is questionable.

Clay has started all 11 games for the Bills. He’s caught 36 passes for 323 yards.

With Clay’s status uncertain, the Bills promoted tight end Gerald Christian from the practice squad and waived kickoff specialist Jordan Gay.
