Wide receiver Danny Amendola was listed as a limited participant in Patriots practice last Thursday and Friday before sitting out the team’s first loss of the year.

Amendola resumed the same practice schedule on Wednesday as the Patriots had their first practice leading into this week’s game against the Eagles. Before the practice started, Amendola said that he was feeling well but declined to make a prediction about his status for Sunday.

“I’ll get out there today and run around and know more, but I feel good. I can’t put a number on it, or a percentage, but I feel OK to go out there today and run around,” Amendola said, via ESPN.com.

With Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski out this week, Amendola would figure to be a busy man if he does get the green light to return to the lineup.

The Patriots also had linebacker Dont’a Hightower listed as a limited participant on Wednesday. Hightower left the loss to the Broncos with a knee injury -- reportedly a sprained MCL -- and was wearing a brace on his left knee during the practice. Defensive tackle Dominique Easley did not participate due to an ankle injury.
