Cleveland Browns kicker Phil Dawson won’t be kicking Sunday in Buffalo. The Browns downgraded Dawson, who has an injured right calf, to “out”.
That means that Billy Cundiff, who made 3-of-3 last week for the Browns against the Bengals, will handle the kicking duties.
