As they continue their unlikely push toward a playoff spot, the Falcons’ receiving corps appears to be whole again.
Coach Mike Smith told reporters that he anticipates veteran wideout Roddy White to return for next Monday’s game against the Packers.
White was inactive for their win against the Cardinals with an ankle sprain, though they had expressed the requisite optimism last week as well.
White has been productive this year, but the Falcons were still able to move the ball without him. If he’s 100 percent, or anywhere close, they still have pole position for the title in the ugly NFC South.
