Giants add Dillon Farrell to offensive line mix

The Giants were busy on Monday and, unlike their early free agency flurry, they concentrated on the offensive side of the ball.

They visited with several free agents and, as mentioned on Monday, signed guard Ryan Seymour and tight end Will Johnson to their 90-man roster. Those weren’t the only additions to the roster.

Offensive lineman Dillon Farrell’s agents announced that their client has signed with the Giants as well. Farrell played eight games for the 49ers in 2014, working under current Giants offensive line coach Mike Solari, but, like Seymour, didn’t see any regular season action last season.

The Giants have a question mark at right guard after parting ways with Geoff Schwartz. John Jerry is the most experienced in-house option to fill it, but Seymour, Farrell, Bobby Hart and any other new arrivals could also factor into the mix over the coming months.
