Jason Pierre-Paul is in full-on Joe Namath mode.

Pierre-Paul, the Giants defensive end who led the team with 16.5 sacks during the regular season, has guaranteed that the Giants are going to win in Green Bay on Sunday.

“We’re going to win,” Jason Pierre-Paul said. “One hundred percent we’re going to win . . . because we’re the best.”

It’s not surprising that the Giants’ defense is feeling confident given the way it has played the last three weeks, but Giants coach Tom Coughlin wasn’t quite as brash in his own thoughts on the Packers game.

“If we can continue to play defense like that, we can make ourselves heard in this tournament,” Coughlin said.

Pierre-Paul’s comments will surely be heard in Green Bay.
