In the wake of the destruction of the Dallas Cowboys’ indoor practice facility caused by windstorms, team owner Jerry Jones returned to Dallas after cutting short his trip to the Kentucky Derby to observe the damage, according to Chuck Carlton of the Dallas Morning News. Per the report, Jones walked around the facility with a “grim” look on his face. Later, coach Wade Phillips surveyed the wreckage as well. With the final day of minicamp cancelled other than a morning meeting, it’s reportedly quiet at the Cowboys’ headquarters.
