Defensive end Leonard Little spent his entire career with the Rams, joining the franchise as a third-round pick in 1998.
He became an unrestricted free agent earlier this year, and he paid a visit to the Saints. But he didn’t sign with the Super Bowl champs, and otherwise has disappeared from view.
Len Pasquarelli of ESPN.com reports that Little had considered retirement, and that he has “all but decided to play” this year.
Little has 87.5 sacks in 12 NFL seasons, and he was a member of the Super Bowl XLIV championship team.
