A league source tells us that former Pitt tailback LeSean McCoy has signed up with agent Drew Rosenhaus. McCoy had two years of eligibility remaining at Pitt. As chronicled last week at CFT was in the middle of a tug-o-war between his coach and his mother about whether to turn pro. His mother was pushing McCoy to leave for the NFL, McCoy supposedly wanted to stay, and Pitt coach Dave Wannstedt was believed in some circles to have been the source of the disclosure of the mother’s role in the situation to KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh. UPDATE: Rosenhaus confirmed the signing during a Thursday morning radio appearance with our pal Joe Rose of WQAM in Miami.
