With Hurricane Sandy bearing down, or not, on the East Coast, the NFL is keeping an eye on the eye of the storm. Along with the rest of it.

With games set for New Jersey (Dolphins-Jets) and Philly (Falcons-Eagles) on Sunday, it’s a pertinent concern.

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello says that the league is monitoring the situation, but that it’s not currently believed to be an issue for Sunday.

Beyond Sunday, who knows? Including a guy who could be stuck in Stamford for a few days longer than we wants to be.
