The NFL reviewed Sunday’s incident involving Dolphins defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and Redskins running back Alfred Morris and has determined there will be no action taken by the league office.
The league determined that Suh did not kick Morris. The two had been tangled after a play and Morris lost his helmet after Suh made contact with him.
Suh’s reputation and history made the incident worth a longer look, but NFL spokesman Michael Signora told The Miami Herald‘s Adam Beasley on Monday that the NFL’s senior football operations staff has reviewed the incident and that no further action will be taken.
Suh told reporters after the game he didn’t remember any plays that could be deemed as dirty.
Suh won an appeal last January that allowed him to play in an NFC Wildcard game when he was a member of the Detroit Lions after he stepped on the leg of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
