Usually, on Saturdays, we pimp (or, as the case may be, re-pimp) our fantasy rankings. With the onset of Thursday football, we started posting the rankings before the commencement of those games. This week, we simply didn’t have the time to do it, what with the day job and Plaxico and StarCaps and plagiarism and all the other stuff going on in the league. And no one complained. Which tells us either: (1) that no one cares whether we do them; or (2) that it’s sufficiently late in the fantasy season for folks to have lost their obsession with their weekly roster decisions. Either way, we’re taking the week off. And since in most fantasy leagues the postseason starts next week, who wise-asses you have qualified for spots in the tournament don’t need any free help the next two weeks either, especially from a guy who is out of contention with a 6-7 record in his own league.
