The Panthers were worried about wide receiver depth heading into tonight’s game, but they’re going to have all hands on deck.

Rookie wideout Philly Brown, who was questionable with a shoulder injury, will be active for the Panthers tonight.

Brown provides a speed element the Panthers will need against the Seahawks secondary, but he also shows how thin they are there. If he hadn’t played, third-quarterback Joe Webb would have seen action at wide receiver.

The Panthers seven inactives are cornerback James Dockery, safety Robert Lester, linebacker A.J. Klein, tackle David Foucault, guard Amini Silatolu, defensive end Frank Alexander and injured defensive tackle Star Lotulelei.

For the Seahawks, tight end Tony Moeaki is inactive, along with cornerback Marcus Burley, defensive tackle Landon Cohen, center Lemuel Jeanpierre, safety Jeron Johnson, guard Keavon Milton and wide receiver Kevin Norwood.
