After Perry Fewell came up short on a number of head coaching interviews earlier this offseason, it looked like he’d definitely be back in New York as defensive coordinator next season.
Fewell has one more chance to get a promotion elsewhere.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reports Fewell will interview with the Titans. Fewell’s interview will satisfy the Rooney Rule, so the Titans will be free to make a hire after he meets with the team.
Mike Mularkey and Gregg Williams are also expected to interview in Tennessee.
Titans owner Bud Adams indicated there would ultimately be five head coaching candidates. With offensive line coach Mike Munchak and offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger having already interviewed, we now have all five.
