Florio then, talks with Jonathan Vilma’s lawyer, Peter Ginsberg about there never being a bounty on Brett Favre in the 2009 NFC Championship game, as well as defining what “killing the head” means. Finally, Florio talks with the NFL VP of Law and Labor Policy, Adolpho Birch about why the real handwritten version of the “minny game” ledger (bounty on Favre) was not presented at the hearings.
