The Rams have parted ways with right guard Harvey Dahl, the club announced Monday.
The 32-year-old Dahl started nine games for the Rams in 2013. The club signed him as a free agent from Atlanta in 2011.
With Dahl departing, the Rams reportedly could be looking in-state for a replacement.
Chiefs guard Geoff Schwartz, who started seven games for Kansas City in 2013, has drawn “interest” from the Rams, Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Monday.
Schwartz, 27, is No. 63 on PFT’s Free Agent Hot 100. He moved into the starting lineup at right guard late in the season.
The Chiefs’ other primary right guard, Jon Asamoah, is also slated to be an unrestricted free agent. The Jets are reportedly a potential suitor for Asamoah.
