It’s 30 degrees in Baltimore today, and one Ravens player thinks that will favor the home team with the New Orleans Saints coming to town.

Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis said he expects the home-field advantage to be significant for Baltimore today.

You are talking about a dome team,” Lewis said in a video on the Baltimore Sun web site, via TheRedZone.org. “I think bad weather plays a part no matter who you are playing because if it’s windy, if it’s snowing throwing becomes a problem, unless you’re certain teams that can play in any type of weather. I just think overall taking a dome team out of that dome and into an environment that can be cold, crazy, and very loud in Baltimore I think that can definitely play a factor.”

The Ravens are 5-1 at home this year, and the Saints are 5-1 on the road. Their showdown is one of four huge games that will start in about four hours.
