Report: Eagles interested in Troy Smith as Vick replacement

Howard Eskin of WIP reported earlier today via Twitter that the team is eyeballing Troy Smith of the Ravens. Smith, who won a Heisman Trophy at Ohio State, has faded deep into the depth chart in Baltimore, behind Joe Flacco and recent arrival Marc Bulger.

As to the question of whether the Eagles will make a change, Eskin writes, “Say goodbye to Vick!!!
