The Rams are in need of some help at wide receiver, and they may get it in the form of free agent Rueben Randle.
Randle is currently on a plane headed to Los Angeles to visit the Rams, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. It’s the first of multiple visits Randle plans to take, unless he gets a deal done with the Rams today.
The 24-year-old Randle has played his entire four-year career with the Giants. Last year he started all 16 games and had 57 catches for 797 yards and eight touchdowns.
The thin receiving corps in Los Angeles was led by Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt last year, and the Rams would like to add some talent. Randle may be part of that.
