So far, I’ve remembered to post the results for the first two teams. First Cowboys, now Redskins.
The four who made it onto my version of the stone-headed sculpture, are Joe Gibbs, Sammy Baugh, Darrell Green, and The Hogs. PFT Planet agreed with three, choosing John Riggins over the men who blocked for him.
Gibbs appeared on 76 percent of the ballots. Green on 60 percent. Riggins on 56 percent. Baugh on 48 percent.
Next was Art Monk at 40 percent, following by the Hogs at 32 percent. The voters gave Joe Theismann more fits than his prostate; he finished on only 20 percent of the ballots.
