Time to clean house in Dallas

With pressure off and expectations low, the Cowboys were in position to climb back into a wide-open NFC race.

Until the Jaguars came to town and commenced the process of sending them to 1-6.

And the Jaguars aren’t crushing the Cowboys because the Jaguars are a good team. The Jaguars are winning by 25 because the Dallas Cowboys are playing without discipline, urgency, or heart.

The answer is clear. Everyone needs to go. Including the General Manager.

The fact that the G.M. and the owner are the same guy makes that specific move unlikely. The fact that the owner/G.M. seems to like the current organizational structure possibly makes other moves unlikely.

Of course, once the inside of Cowboys Stadium starts to look like the inside of Raymond James Stadium, Jones may have no choice.
