The Titans, somewhat surprisingly, hadn’t committed a turnover all season.

That streak is now over, and it led directly to an early deficit against the Chiefs.

The Titans failed to cleanly field a punt, as it bounced off Damian Williams, and the Chiefs recovered for a touchdown.

The Titans had tied a league record last week by going four games without a turnover (matching the 1995 Rams).

They’re going to have to play clean football if they’re going to succeed in the absence of Jake Locker, who led them to a 3-1 start.
