Titans quarterback Vince Young, whose sidearm delivery reminds us of the throwing motion sported by Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite, last played against the Bills during the preseason.
And it was ugly.
Young, playing against Buffalo’s second team, looked awful in Canton, the place where he’d previously said his career ultimately would lead.
This time around, Young looks a lot better. He has completed six of nine passes for 101 yards and a touchdown as part of Tennessee’s 14-7 lead over the Bills.
The Titans, wearing the original Oilers uniforms in this AFL throwback game, spotted the Bills a touchdown before scoring 14 straight points.
