The Buccaneers apparently got more than a wide receiver for their millions.

They got a recruiter, too.

Bucs wideout Vincent Jackson said he’s happy to sing the praises of Bucs coach Greg Schiano to anyone who will listen to him at the Pro Bowl, or wherever.

I would tell anyone interested in coming here that this is a top-notch organization and that we have a top-notch structure here and great coaches,’' Jackson told Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune. “They’ve built a system of family and continuity here, not only within the team itself, but I think they’ve done a good job in the community as well. I couldn’t be more impressed with Coach Schiano and his staff.

“I mean, the way they came in here in one year, being from the collegiate level, and then the way they dealt with us as professionals and how the head coach got his message across and got guys to buy in.

“He did an excellent job of that, and he’s a lot of fun to play for, and he’s a competitive guy, and he’s going to make sure you’re as well prepared as you can possibly be.’'

That’s great, for Jackson.

But not everyone in Tampa seems to be as thrilled with Schiano’s style, and not everyone is going to get a five-year, $55 million contract like Jackson did, which might hamper his sales pitch.
