    Giants guard Rich Seubert won’t be ready for the start of training camp because a broken right leg.
    He suffered the injury last October. He will miss at least a few weeks of training camp. The Giants weak offensive line doesn’t need more bad news.
  • Giants placed G Rich Seubert (leg) and DE Lorenzo Bromell on the physically unable to perform list.
    Both players will miss at least the first six weeks of the season.
  • Giants will place G Rich Seubert on injured reserve with a leg injury.
    He’s been out over 13 months after a ghastley broken leg.
  • Giants guard Rich Seubert practiced for the first time in 19 months Tuesday.
    The former starter hasn’t played since early in the 2003 season because of a devastating broken leg injury. He still has a long way to go until he’s 100%.

    Shaun O’Hara, Kawika Mitchell, and Sam Madison sat out practice Thursday.
    O’Hara did some jogging and took snaps with Anthony Wright. He was also squatting down, snapping, and backpedaling, which is a positive sign. If he can’t go Sunday, Grey Ruegamer or Rich Seubert would take his place.
  • Giants LG Rich Seubert couldn’t finish Sunday’s game due to a knee injury.
    Seubert came out of the game with ten minutes remaining. He was replaced by Grey Ruegamer. Seubert’s status for Super Bowl XLII is unknown.
  • PIT Defensive Back
    Giants CB Kevin Dockery (hip) and LG Rich Seubert (knee) were held out of practice again Friday.
    Plaxico Burress (ankle) continued to participate in some drills. Seubert will play in the Super Bowl. Even if Dockery is healthy, he may still be scratched.
  • Giants G Rich Seubert will have an MRI on his injured knee Monday.
    Coach Tom Coughlin didn’t have much of an update on Seubert’s status in his Monday press conference. Grey Ruegamer is the top backup at left guard.
  • Giants LG Rich Seubert (knee) is expected to play in the Super Bowl.
    An MRI revealed minimal damage to his knee. Coach Tom Coughlin has credited Seubert with being one of the key cogs of New York’s line this year.
