The 26-year-old out of Western New Mexico was rookie of the year in the Arena Football League last season. He’ll add depth with Jordan Norwood (concussion) out this week.

English was highly productive in college at Oklahoma when healthy, but he went undrafted and was waived by the Browns in June. Windsor, who played his college ball at Western New Mexico, spent one week on the Browns’ practice squad this season before joining the Bills’ practice squad.

Windsor signed a reserve/future contract with Cleveland in January, but those deals are invalid as long as the lockout lasts. The 26-year-old played in the AFL last season, earning Rookie of the Year honors with 47 receiving TDs.
