The Arizona Coyotes have reinstated radio color analyst Nick Boynton, who earlier this month plead guilty to disorderly conduct stemming from an incident at a Buffalo casino in March.
“I’ve met with Nick several times and he knows he made a terrible mistake,” Coyotes co-owner, president and CEO Anthony LeBlanc said in a statement on Friday.
“Nick is a good person and everyone deserves a second chance. He recently completed his alcohol counseling program and will now be reinstated as our radio color analyst.”
Boynton was placed on a leave of absence from the Coyotes following the incident, which was described as a “drunken rampage.”
He also entered into a treatment facility shortly after his suspension from the club.
