The first weekend of the NCAA tournament has officially wrapped up.
March Madness has exceeded expectations in its return following a one-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, the Sweet 16 is set, and the second weekend looks to continue to bring us even more entertainment!
In the Round of 16, only one Big Ten team (Michigan) survived the first weekend. The Pac-12 leads the way with four teams in, followed by a pair each from the SEC and the ACC.
With that said, odds provided by our partners at PoinstBet have updated odds for the remaining teams to win the NCAA tournament.

The pre-tournament favorite Bulldogs remain unbeaten and appear to be the team to beat after their first two wins this weekend and are set at +155, and the odds to reach the Final Four for them is set at -300.
After Gonzaga, Baylor is right after them at +380 lead by Big 12 player of the Year Jared Butler while the Michigan Wolverine is set at +700. Odds for them to reach the Final Four at -250.
Next comes Houston at +900, Alabama (+1000), Loyola Chicago ( +1200), Arkansas (+1600), Florida State ( +1800), Florida State (+1800), and USC (+2200).
The Oregon Ducks come in at around +2500 alongside Creighton in the betting odds to win it all.
As for the Oregon State Beavers, they land close to the bottom at +5000 right behind Oral Roberts at +10000 as the final team.
The Beavers came into the tournament at +50000. A $100 bet would yield a $5M return.
The Ducks were at +7000.
It could be anyone’s guess as to who gets past this Sweet 16 to head to the Final Four, especially after the craziness of the first weekend.
