It’s a top-20 matchup on Saturday as the No. 12 Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the No. 18 Wisconsin Badgers will battle at Soldier Field, home of the Chicago Bears.

Notre Dame relied on its stars in Week 3 to come away with a 27-13 win over Purdue, improving to a perfect 3-0 on the season. 

Running back Kyren Williams took a pass 39 yards to the house to put the Fighting Irish on the board in the second quarter. Quarterback Jack Coan connected with wide receiver Avery Davis for a 62-yard touchdown in the third quarter to extend Notre Dame’s lead to 17-6, and Williams took off for a 51-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth to seal the victory. 

Coan finished with 252 passing yards and two touchdowns, while Williams had 140 all-purpose yards with two scores. Davis reeled in five catches for 120 yards and a touchdown. 

Wisconsin is coming off of a bye week. The 1-1 Badgers lost their season opener to Penn State 16-10 before trouncing Eastern Michigan 34-7 in Week 2.
