Oregon Ducks

The No. 25 Oregon Ducks (4-2) have already secured back-to-back Pac-12 Championships after defeating then-No.13 USC (5-1) in the 2020 Pac-12 Championship, Friday evening.

Now, the program will go for back-to-back New Year 6 Bowl wins.

The Ducks earned the Pac-12's auto-bid to a NY6 bowl game, which was highly likely to be the Playstation Fiesta Bowl.

Fast forward to Sunday and we know Oregon's opponent, Big 12 runner up No. 10 Iowa State (8-3)

It will be the first matchup between Oregon and Iowa State.

Oregon is 2-0 all-time in the Fiesta Bowl, defeating Colorado 38-16 in 2002 and Kansas State 35-17 in 2013.

Under Mario Cristobal, the Ducks are 2-1 in bowl games with the lone loss coming in his first game as head coach, losing to Boise State in the Las Vegas Bowl. Since then, the Ducks have won the Redbox Bowl and Rose Bowl along with two Pac-12 Championships.

The 2021 Playstation Fiesta Bowl will kickoff at 1:00 p.m. PT on January 2nd, 2021.
