The Oregon State Beavers are going dancing!
After claiming their first-ever Pac-12 Championship, the Beavs earned a trip to the NCAA Tournament and were announced as a 12-seed Sunday.
They will take on the No. 5 Tennessee Volunteers Friday at 1:30 pm.
Wayne Tinkle's squad was picked to finish last in preseason polls. They were a 5-seed in the Pac-12 Tournament. They had to go through regular-season champion Oregon to advance to the championship game vs. Colorado, a team they hadn't defeated this season.
The Beavers had only ever been to a championship game once before.
The odds were stacked against them.
And yet, they prevailed.
On Monday, Oregon State released a mini-movie cataloging the championship run, and it'll get you excited for Friday's showdown vs. the Volunteers.
The road to an NCAA Championship will be challenging, and the oddsmakers are giving the Beavers the second-worst odds in the field.
Oregon State sits at +50000 by PointsBet, the official sports betting partner of NBC Sports Northwest.
That means if you put $100 on the Beavers to win March Madness, you will take home $5 million dollars, plus your initial bet!
Tennessee is a 7.5 point favorite over Oregon State

Chances are, the Beavers aren't scared of being the underdog.
And they'll look to carry the momentum to the Midwest Region bracket!
