Oregon State Beavers to give free tickets to veterans, COVID-19 frontline workers


On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, the Oregon State Beavers football team will have its home opener against Hawai’i. 

The program has announced it will be giving away a free pair of tickets to “U.S. military personnel, including veterans, first responders and frontline COVID-19 employees“ for the home opener. Additional discounted tickets can be purchased through the program.

There will be a field-sized American flag unveiled during the pregame ceremonies as a part of the “Beaver Salute.” 

The game kicks off Saturday, September 11th at 8:00 p.m. PST at Reser Stadium.
