"Just super proud of our guys," said Tinkle with the net around his neck. "Not just for this week or tonight, but the last six weeks or so we have really put some special things together and it's a credit to our guys' buy-in, guys putting their ego aside, buying into [the] team, playing harder than our opponent, executing our stuff, and enjoying each other out there."

Now, the Beavers know who to start preparing for.

The NCAA gave Oregon State a No. 12 seed in the Midwest region setting up a matchup with No. 5 seed Tennessee.

The game tips off at 1:30 p.m. PT on Friday, March 19th on TNT.

With a win, the Beavers will take on the winner of No. 4 Oklahoma State and No. 13 Liberty to go to the Sweet 16 for just the seventh time in school history. The program hasn't made the Sweet 16 since 1982 but that season was vacated by the NCAA.

Here's the full bracket.

The 2020-21 college basketball season is the first NCAA Tournament appearance for the program since 2016, where the Beavers were selected as an at-large team but lost in the first round to VCU.
