Horan, a midfielder for the Portland Thorns, gave the U.S. a second goal in the 48th minute when she dribbled through two defenders and found the back of the net. Horan scored six goals total to finish second in scoring in the tournament.
Horan ran to her Thorns teammate, Tobin Health, to celebrate the moment. These two are the definition of friend goals.
