The Portland Trail Blazers (4-2) conclude its current four-game home stand on Monday night when Portland hosts the Toronto Raptors (3-2).

The Blazers beat the Phoenix Suns 114-107 on Saturday night despite the Blazers turning the ball over 14 times and Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum having a tough night from the field early in the game.  Lillard finished with 25 points, nine assists and seven rebounds, while McCollum added 23 points, six assists and five rebounds.  But the two combined to go 16-for-41 from the floor.

In the first half of the win over the Suns, Pat Connaughton got things going early.  Connaughton scored 13 points and had four rebounds, while making 3 of 4 from long distance.

Toronto is continuing its season-long six-game Western Conference trip.  The Raptors have gone 1-2 so far. In Toronto’s most recent game on Friday night, the Raptors got a 101-92 win over the Lakers.  DeMar DeRozan finished with 24 points, five rebounds and five assists in the victory.  Serge Ibaka added 18 points and eight rebounds, while Kyle Lowry recorded a triple-double with 11 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds.

Looking at the recent history between the Blazers and Raptors, Toronto has defeated Portland four straight times in the last two seasons, winning each of their last two visits to the Moda Center.

As for the injuries, both Noah Vonleh (right shoulder) and Meyers Leonard (right ankle sprain) will not play for Portland on Monday.

Our Dan Sheldon, Dwight Jaynes, and Orlando Williams will help set the stage for the Blazers and Raptors game with Rip City Live on NBC Sports Northwest starting at 6:00pm.
