Trail Blazers conclude three-game road trip today in Detroit
The Portland Trail Blazers (29-24) are coming off a heartbreaking loss in Boston. Al Horford hit a buzzer-beater to give the Celtics a 97-96 victory Sunday. Now after Portland has lost two straight, the Blazers will now try to salvage the final game of their current three-game road swing.
Of course, the trade for Blake Griffin has been all the talk for the Pistons and all around the league. Griffin is quickly fitting in with this Pistons squad. Since acquiring the All-Star power forward the Pistons have gone 2-0. In his first two contests in a Detroit uni, Griffin is averaging 19.5 points and 9.5 rebounds.
Detroit is 16-10 at home this season.
Eagle fans celebrate hard core, while a few Blazer players were a bit emotional after Super Bowl LII
Philadelphia Eagle fans were celebrating in the streets of Philly after the Eagles were crowned Super Bowl 52 Champs with a 41-33 win over the New England Patriots on Sunday night. However, a couple Eagles fans took the celebrating way too far and way too gross.
Videos went viral on social media of an Eagles fan egging on another fan to apparently eat horse poop off the street. Yeah, not kidding! That happened.
As for the Trail Blazer players from Massachusetts, it was Pat Connaughton who took twitter to talk about his emotional day… adding that “tomorrow is a new day.” Connaughton along with Shabazz Napier, Jake Layman, and Noah Vonleh all hail from Massachusetts.
3-star CB Jaden Robinson commits to Oregon State
Monday morning, 3-star cornerback Jaden Robinson announced that he is heading to Corvallis.
The 6-foot-1, 187-pound CB, out of Auburn Riverside High School in Auburn, Washington took to his twitter to announce he is ready to be an Oregon State Beaver saying, “I’m 100% committed to OSU.”
Robinson committed to Oregon State over scholarship offers from Portland State and Idaho.
