As Portland prepares for its third game of the NBA restart Tuesday evening, the betting odds have been revealed for its game against Houston.

Other places have the line at 3.5 due to the betting in favor of Portland. It also opened at Houston by 5.0 in many casinos.
Additionally, the over/under point total against Houston is 244.5. So far in the bubble, the Blazers have averaged 134 points per game while Houston has averaged 136.5.
Since the return of center Jusuf Nurkic and forward Zach Collins in the bubble, the Trail Blazers have looked like a different team than the one who battled injuries all regular season.
Speaking of Nurkic, his over/under for points scored against Houston is 18.5. He's scored 18 and 30 respectively in the bubble while averaging 24.0 points per game against Houston in his career. Expect Portland to give him plenty of opportunities to finish at the rim against the hyper-small Rockets.
ESPN's BPI index has raised it's odds of Portland making the postseason from 9% to 13% after the first few days of the restart.
Portland continues to be +400 in Westgate to be the eighth seed in the Western Conference.
